BET announced the nominations for the 2012 Hip Hop Awards and Kanye West is leading with the most nominations. The performers have not been announced but the organizers have released that Hip-hop mogul Chris Lighty will be honored during the show. Actor and comedian Mike Epps is back as the host for the fourth straight year.
The show will be taped September 29th at Atlanta’s Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center and will air on BET October 9th.
