Being the only undefeated team in the NFL, the Atlanta Falcons are not respected around the league nor are they recognized as a solid contender or a premier team. Reasons why? The franchise has been to the Super Bowl once but did not when and despite post-season success with previous teams, this Matt Ryan – Coach Mike Smith lead team has not won any post-season games.
Although the team is aware of the lack of respect, the team continues to stay focused on the weekly opponent to move forward in making sure their goals are met.
The Falcons are kicking of the second half of the season by heading to New Orleans to will face the division rival Saints. Will a win at the Saints garner the respect the team deserve?
