Madden NFL 13 launched on August 28 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and PS Vita, featuring Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin ‘Megatron’ Johnson on the cover.  The game sold nearly 1 million copies in the first 24 hours and sales are up 7% over last year’s game.

With ever-changing technology, key additions to the game include features such as Madden NFL Social for Facebook, Infinity Engine, and Connected Careers.  In addition, the changes allow you the ability to play from your computer, laptop, tablet and iPhone if you want to play on the go.

The software is so up to date that Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, recently cut by the Miami Dolphins, tweeted about his ‘awkward’ moment… He was cut from the Dolphins’ roster and was actually moved to free-agent pool.
