Bobby Brown was arrested on suspicion of drunk-driving for the second time this year and has been charged with DUI. In addition to the DUI charge, Brown has been charged with driving on a restricted license and driving a vehicle without a vehicle interlock device. The last two charges are the result of a prior DUI conviction in 2012, according to TMZ.com.
Brown faces up to two years behind bars. He is also facing a probation violation for the prior 2012 DUI.
